Life As We Know It: Baby Shower #3

Our third and final shower was a couples shower hosted by our best friends, Brittney and Chris. We are so lucky to have such wonderful best friends, and they really went above and beyond to host an amazing shower for us and Hudson! Brittney did a wonderful job with the decorations, and the food was amazing. We had a taco bar from Moes, and boy was it yummy! We also had a beautiful cake and yummy cookies. What more could a pregnant lady ask for? The other neat thing that they did was to put a little poem in with the invitation that asked that everyone bring a book to fill Hudson's bookshelf instead of a card. What a great idea to start his book collection!

We are also lucky to have so many other amazing couples that we call friends, as well as our family that came to celebrate Hudson. Most of our friends are people that we went to high school with - how awesome is it that we are all still close?! They were all extremely generous and showered Hudson with some amazing gifts. It was so funny to have Kyle at this shower. He opened most of the gifts, and his reactions were hilarious. He didn't know what 1/2 of the stuff was! But he was a great sport, and provided everyone with lots of entertainment! Unfortunately, with all the fun going on, we totally forgot to get a picture with the amazing hosts, or any of the other guests for that matter.
