Weekend wrap-up!

Other than me contracting pink-eye from Hudson (yuck!), we had another wonderful weekend! Saturday we ran a few errands and then headed out to our favorite park for a short walk. We also switched over Hudson's daytime milk feedings to sippy cups instead of bottles. So far so good, he doesn't even seem to miss the bottle! This weekend we mixed about 10% whole milk with breast milk, so the next transition will be slowly getting him over to 100% whole milk. Well, that and slowly weaning him off nursing in the morning and at night. Pray for me on that one! Anyway, on to Saturday's activities...

So apparently boys like sticks, rocks and dirt. This is all new to me!

Sunday we got donuts and ran a few errands in the morning, and then headed out to the zoo Sunday afternoon with some friends. It was a beautiful day, but was SO crowded (it was discount day, so everyone in Louisville was there). Hudson enjoyed seeing a few of the animals, but we will definitely need to take him back when it's not so crowded so he can really see what's going on. We now have a zoo membership, so we will hopefully be going back frequently this season!
